Hi Guys, we haven't had a a cooking video in a while, let’s cook this delicious chicken, pls see the recipe below
- [ ] Chicken drumsticks
- [ ] 2Tbsp BBQ and honey sprinkle
- [ ] 2Tbsp Chicken spice
- [ ] 2Tbsp 11in1 spice
- [ ] Knorr pots
- [ ] Knorr cubes
- [ ] Carrots
- [ ] Robot peppers chopped
- [ ] Onions chopped
- [ ] Cooking oil
- [ ] Tomato paste
- [ ] 1 can of tomatoes OR grated tomatoes
- [ ] 1tsp sugar
Method
- [ ] In a bowl add chicken pieces, add 1 tbsp of each spice, add cooking oil and mix then marinate for an hour
- [ ] In a hot pan add cooking oil, add chicken brown on both sides, once done set it aside and start adding onions and peppers and cook until soft.
- [ ] Add 1 tbsp of BBQ and honey sprinkle spice, and 11in 1 spice
- [ ] Add tomato paste, Knorr cubes, Knorr pot and tomatoes and drizzle sugar.
- [ ] add chicken into the sauce and let it cook on medium heat, steam will cook this ONLY add water if necessary.
- [ ] Add carrot and complete with a tbsp of chicken spice.
You can use any piece of chicken for this recipe
