NEW Celestial Enchantments! (+4,000 item level) But Very Anti-Alt Character Problem! - Neverwinter

A new rank is coming to Enchantments with module 28, the Celestial rank! However it is not so straight forward as just upgrading, as you are required to have them bound, traded in for account wide, but also you cannot make these new enchants account-wide, meaning you would have to upgrade them on all characters, which just adds up to some insane costs depending on the amount of characters you want maxed out! Here I cover all the details we know so far with this upcoming new rank!
