iPad 2 stuck in bootloop HELP!

My iPad is stuck in a bootloop for a few days now. Even without the charger on it. I tried DFU mode, but I can't get into it, so no point on telling me how to (I'm expierenced). Please help! I can't figure out how to get it back working. I've looked over the internet for several days. HELP!!!!!
