Purpose · Line of Credit for financing new machinery/ equipment’s/ vehicles for construction activities
Type of facilities · Term Loan
Quantum of Finance · Minimum Loan amount is Rs 25.00 lac and Max 10 .Cr
Margin · 10% with security to 15% with security
Security · Primary- Hypothecation of machinery/ equipment/ vehicles financed by the Bank. · Collateral- 25% of the loan amount by way of mortgage of property/ hypothecation of other machinery/ vehicles.
Insurance · The assets created out of Bank’s finance are to be insured for the full value
