If you’re a chocolate lover you’ll go crazy for these extra rich chocolate muffins! These muffins are intensely chocolatey made with natural cocoa powder and packed with chocolate in every bite. This recipe uses really easy and simple ingredients and they keep well for days so you can enjoy them all week long for breakfast or as a snack, I mean who can resist chocolate for breakfast? Many of you asked for this video after seeing the short, so I'm excited to share this recipe with all my tips and tricks!
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
1 cup fresh mil
1 medium egg
1 stick (113g) melted butter, unsalted
½ cup crushed chocolate or chocolate chips plus more for toppings
