Here's video of the generator operating as a welder.
I didn't have any leads, so I threw on some heavy cables. The only welding rods I could find were really old, and either really small or really big, and the flux was falling off of them, so they kept sticking.
My camera ran out of time, but the part shown is with the small rod, which kept sticking, but at least you can see that it delivers current. I switched to the larger rod, and tested the generator on the remaining higher current settings, which also all work.
