PowerDot 2.0 is an FDA-cleared electrical muscle stimulator (EMS) that can help you relieve pain, improve blood flow, speed up muscle recovery and improve athletic performance. I’ve been using the device as part of my CrossFit routine, and in this video I’ll tell you how well it works.
