This video tells the viewers about the life story and biography of singer Mukesh Chand Mathur who was popularly known as the voice of Raj Kapoor. Mukesh started his career in Bollywood as an actor who sang his own songs but soon shifted to playback singing. Along with Shankar Jaikishan, Hasrat Jaipuri and Shailendra, Mukesh became the close knit music team of Raj Kapoor. Mukesh won his first Filmfare award for Raj Kapoor's Anari movie with the song 'Sab Kuch Seekha Humne Na Seekhi Hoshiyari'. Mukesh won his last Filmfare award for Kabhie Kabhie in 1976. Mukesh won a National Award for singing the song 'Kai Baar Yun Bhi Dekha Hai' in Rajnigandha movie. Mukesh died in Detroit, USA due to a massive heart attack while he was preparing for a music concert with Lata Mangeshkar.
