How to baby crow pose - hard yoga poses made easy.
Hey yogi welcome to the third video in the arm balance series. In this video we will take a look at Bala Kakasana, aka Baby Crow pose. Baby Crow is a great arm balance fir anyone with wrist concerns or injury, as there is no weight bearing down on the wrists. Also great for anyone with the fear of the face plant- as there is really not far to the ground!

It’s a great asana (pose) to get you into flight!

Make sure to warm up the wrist before you start by taking the first video in the series ‘Wrist Warmup’.
Wrist warm up is a vital part of any yoga practice but absolutely before we go putting our body weight on them and balancing. Make sure to do the full warmup before trying this baby crow class.
