China-Russia border city sets up temporary hospital to treat patients

China's northeastern Heilongjiang Province saw a jump in new infections on April 8, all from international arrivals. China and Russia temporarily closed the land border and Suifenhe City set up a temporary hospital to treat patients. Guan Yang reports from Suifenhe City.
