Whether you were a fan of the first game or not Ni No Kuni 2 strives to be its own new thing, and without a doubt it pulls it off.
As one of the most unique JRPG's to release to the mainstream in decades it garnered mass appeal among critics and players although many long time JRPG players are claiming the game to be unpalatable.
What has caused this divide? Who was the game made for, and will it appeal to you?

Also, I don't know wtf happened but my gameplay footage half bit the dust. Looks like 720p and in some shots there's even artifacting. I'll look into why this is and hope to get it fixed.
