Skip the high cost of display panels and make them yourself! Total cost for 8 panels was about $360. The average professional panels ranges in the thousands!
For 8 doors, this is what you'll need: (Supplies mostly found at a large hardware store ie: Home Depot, Lowes, Menards etc..)
1. 8, 36" X 80" screen doors (about $29 ea.)
2. 8, 12oz cans Rust Oleum outdoor spray paint, painters touch 2X ultra cover. (1 can per door, about $2.50 ea).
3. ZipTies: 14 Inch Length 75 lbs Tensile, 100 piece (about $10)
4. 16 , #10 eye hook screws (2 on top of each door. About $5 total pack)
5. 4, 2 1/2 & 1 9/16 door hinges (about $2ea., for connecting two doors, dont hinge all of the doors, this makes it hard to move around in your display)
6. 12, Drywall screws #6 , 1 5/8" ( #2 Phillips, about $1 pk)
7. 1pk of sharp staples: 5 16" 8mm drywall staples T50, #505 (about $4 pk. Of 1000).
8. Foss Outdoor carpet , 12' X 48' (About $0.29 per sq ft)
9. S hooks for hanging materials onto boards: (1st use a knife to cut a tiny slit into carpet , then put in s hook. Or you can put a screw in the frames of the completed doors for heavier hanging).
