Tooty Fruity Ice Cream | 2 Ingredients Base Ice Cream Made In Blender
With the arrival of warm weather and the summer sunshine, in today's recipe I am going to make homemade tutti frutti ice cream without an ice cream maker. The only equipment you will need is a blender!
Tooty Fruity Ice Cream Ingredients:
1/4 cup tutti frutti
2 tablespoon almsonds
2 tablespoon cashews
2 tablespoon pistachios
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 cups cream
2/3 cups condensed milk
Tooty Fruity Ice Cream Directions:
1. Chop almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
2. Zest 1/2 an orange or use 1 tablespoon of orange zest.
3. Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 2/3 cups of condensed milk into a blender. Add orange zest, few drops of red and yellow food coloring. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is very thick. Transfer the mixture into a plastic container.
4. Add chopped cashews, pistachios, almonds, tutti frutti, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Combine everything with a spoon.
5. Once mixed, decorate with tutti frutti and nuts on top. Cover the plastic container with plastic wrap and cover the lid. Freeze for 12 hours.
6. Once the ice cream has set, use an ice cream scooper in hot water. Ice cream should be easily scoopable as a result.
