How to make an easy and quick bunny shaped strawberry shortcake.

Ingredients:
1 Puff Pastry Sheet
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Sliced Strawberries
Directions:
1. Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package instructions. Carefully unfold sheet and cut out bunny shapes using a bunny cookie cutter. Place cutouts on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
2. In a bowl, combine the cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat on high with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. Split a bunny form in half. Spoon the whipped cream onto the bottom half. Top with sliced strawberries then with more cream. Top with the other half of the bunny.
