This is the Full review of the Android TV Box MX IV that features the Amlogic S812 & the Mali 450 Octa Core, 2GB DDR3 Ram & 16GB of Flash Storage with Android Lollipop 5.1
I benchmarked the MX IV with:
- Disk Speed Test, Antuntu, Geekbench 3, Network Speed Test, 3D Mark Score & Epic Citadel.
Tested the MX IV with:
- Big Buch Buny, Tears of Steal and Sintel Movies with H264 and H265 Codecs at 1080p and 4K resolutions without any problems whatsoever.
In terms of Android gaming platform the S812 is capable of playing the most demanding games and the ones tested were Respawnables and Asphalt 8 Airborn.
Airplay was also very smooth, used Air Pin Pro App which is a paid premium app but my favorite and totally worth it and i could mirror the Iphone 4S and the Ipad Mini with Retina Display and stream content from it.
I also mirrored the Imac that delivers a higher bit rate files and played live slide shows from it and also a apple event and no issues once again.
Things I did Like The Most:
- Overall Design
- Online Updates
- Root From Factory
Things i Did Like The Least:
- So far Nothing
