Today we answer the question, How Does It Work?
Well, first you need to choose which one of your cheap plastic debit/credit cards you want to upgrade.
Then choose what design option you want: Standard or Premium?
Standard Cards are available in four predesigned templates.
Simply add the template you like to your cart, type in the information requested of you, pick a delivery method, and checkout via PayPal. And that’s it. Our team will create your card and delivery it via the method you chose at checkout.
It’s the same process for Premium card orders, but with a slight twist.
Once your premium card order is received, our design team will contact you, via email, to begin the design phase of your new AWESOME Metal payment card. Once you approve your design, our team will create your card and delivery it via the method you chose at checkout.
But how long does it take to get my new card?
Not long!
Standard Card Orders placed in the Los Angeles & Orange county area can be picked up or delivered typically within two to three business days from the date of purchase.
Premium card orders can be picked up or delivered 2 to 3 business days AFTER the card design work is approved.
Out-of-state orders, either standard or premium, have the option to process via priority mail (7 to 10 business days) or Priority Express (4 to 6 business days).
But how do you get my cards information from the plastic card to the metal card?
Now here is where the magic happens!
The information from your plastic card is transferred during delivery or in our lab with our proprietary software.
For orders placed within the Los Angeles & Orange County area, clients can witness the transfer in person, performed by one of our dedicated delivery technicians.
For Out-of-State orders, the transfer process is done in our secure lab by authorized personnel.
Does that mean I have to send in my card if I’m out-of-state?
Unless you’re going to visit southern California in the next few days to pick it up yourself, YES, the physical card must be present in order to transfer the information and ensure the new metal card functions properly. Rest assured our software is designed to ONLY transfer and NEVER store ANY information.
