During his address at the UK-Africa Trade Summit, Derrick Mutegyeki outlined a multi-faceted strategy to attract UK businesses to invest in Uganda’s growing real estate market. He emphasized that affordable housing, sustainable construction practices, and infrastructure development are critical areas where UK investors can make a significant impact.
