Toilet Tank Not Filling With Water? Easy Fill Valve Replacement.

If your toilet tank is not filling with water or it takes a second to fill or just trickles then its most likely a faulty fill valve.  It is an inexpensive part and easy to replace.  I'll show you how I remove the old and install the new fill valve.
