Hello everybody 😍.Today I'm making a very delicious and easy loaf cake. This is tangerine cake that you can also make this xake with orange too🍊🍊. This cake is very flavorful and the te texture is so ooooo airy and cloudy. I hope you make this tangerine cake and enjoy 🥰🥰.
Here's what you need :
3 eggs
1 cup suger
3/4 cup tangerine juice
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp tangerine zest
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1, 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup corn starch
1, 1/2 tsp baking powder
Loaf pan size:
11*22 cm
Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 45 minutes.
For topping:
2 tbsp tangerine juice
150 ml heavy cream
100 g cream cheese
2 tbsp suger
A drop of orange food coloring
