"Neighbours" Spanking Scene (Sept 1987, UK)

Andrea, an old girlfriend of Des Clarke, has been staying with him with her son Bradley who she's lead Des to believe is his. Later, she has a date with Jack Lassiter (as in Lassiters Hotel) but Bradley makes a nuisance of himself. As it said in the Radio Times, "Bradley gets his comeuppance". Broadcast early September 1987 on BBC1.
