The Kuo-toa are a cult classic among certain D&D groups because of their absurd stat blocks, truly unique lore, and overall appearance.
And after making a video on this - I totally get it. The number of insane D&D encounters you can make with these guys is limitless. And we're going to make one of those many in this video.
The encounter created in this video uses D&D 5e stats but can be easily altered in order to suit any Dungeons and Dragons game, no matter what edition you prefer.
