Introducing Nasi Lemak Bungkus to Americans | national dish of Malaysia

Nasi Lemak bungkus is one of the Kumaar Family's favorite meals. Instead of just making it and enjoying it by ourselves, we decided to share it with some of our American friends in order to capture their honest reactions and feedback. Logesh & Rachel spent the day making over a dozen Nasi Lemak bungkus using a good friend from Malaysia auntie's recipe. We even decided to make the Nasi Lemak the traditional way by wrapping it up in banana leaves and newspaper (a classic way of how it's made and sold in Malaysia). Watch the video to see the entire process of us making it and the reactions of our American friends' trying them for the first time.
