beef bong                       1 1nd 1\2 kg
nali                                   1/2 kg
onlons sliced                  3 medium
oil                                     1 cup
ginger garlic paste         2 tbs
salt                                   1 tbs
red chilli powder             2 tbs
nihari masala                  2 tbs
wheat flour                       1 cup
water as required
