I’m going to show you how to brush and how to floss, in a simple daily routine to keep your teeth clean and healthy! With top tips and demonstrations from a dental hygienist.
In this video I aim to take the fuss out of floss and make life easier! It’s so important to take good care of our teeth and gums but it doesn’t need to be a chore.
Some of the things I cover are:
- How to floss, with a demonstration on my own teeth
- Should we floss or brush first?
- What if my gums bleed?
- What if the gaps between my teeth are too tight and I struggle to get floss between them?
- Should I be using an electric toothbrush or a manual toothbrush?
- How to use a manual toothbrush with demonstrations on a model and myself
- How to use an electric toothbrush with demonstrations on a model and myself
- How much toothpaste do we need?
- Should we rinse after brushing?
- Should we brush/floss after every meal?
- How long after eating should I wait to brush my teeth?

I know a lot of people struggle with floss or just dislike the feeling of using it and are looking for other options. I understand, I’m here for you! So my next video is going to focus on other ways to clean between the teeth ( also known as interdental cleaning) with no floss in sight. So, keep a look out for that!
