Ingredients
Bajri atta 1.5 cup
Jowar atta -1/4 cup
Wheat flour  - 1/2
Chopped Methi -2cup
Coariander -1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic -1tbsp
Ginger green chili paste -2tbsp
Ajwain - 1tsp
Seasme seed -2tsp
Hing - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Coariander powder -1tbsp
Gud -1tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 1tbsp
Curd -5tbsp
Water - as required

In a mixing   bowl add bajri atta, jowar atta, wheat flour.

Add chopped methi,coariander, garlic, ginger green chilli paste, ajwain, seasme seed, hing, turmeric powder, coariander powder, gud, salt, ghee mix well properly .

add curd, water , make a semi soft dough grease dough with ghee.

Now make medium size ball from the dough and give it a round shape.

roll dhebra with your hand or on a plastic sheet.

Place the rolled dhebra on hot tawa.

Apply oil/ghee and fill over the dhebra.

Roast the dhebra on medium-low flame till browned and uniformly roasted on both sides.

Serve bajri na dhebra with kathiyawadi bharwa mirch
