How to make chickpea and chicken rice? For those who are curious, we have come up with a wonderful recipe that will leave a mark on your palate and taste like anything you eat outside!

Materials
For the pilaf;

2 spoonful butter
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cups of rice
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups hot chicken broth (400 ml)
1 glass of hot water (200 ml)
Warm water (to soak the rice)

For the chicken;

2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation of
First, let's wash the rice thoroughly after keeping it in warm water for about 15 minutes.
Let's drain the rice, which we have cleared of starch, by transferring it to a strainer.
On the other hand, let's take 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil into the rice pot.
After the butter melts, let's add our rice and fry until the rice grains separate from each other and become transparent.
After the rice is roasted, add 1 cup of boiled chickpeas to the pot and fry the chickpeas and rice together for a few minutes.
Add 2 cups of hot chicken broth, 1 cup of hot water and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
Let's mix it up.
After closing the lid of the pot, let's cook the pilaf first on medium or high heat until it starts to brown, then on low heat until the water is completely absorbed.
After draining the water, cover the rice with a piece of paper and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
First, let's shred the 2 chicken breasts that we boiled in the pressure cooker, using a mixer.
To flavor the chicken meat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and melt the butter.
Let's add 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of thyme.
Let's transfer the chicken meat to the pot and mix it well until the chicken is completely coated in spices.
Finally, after flavoring our chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt, let's turn off the stove.
To serve, let's first place the chicken in a small bowl.
Then, let's fill it with rice and smooth it with a spoon.
Let's invert the bowl we prepared onto a serving plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
