Best Potato Soup Ever | How to Make Easy Potato Soup

An easy and delicious creamy potato soup recipe that can be made in just one pot!  
This was a big hit at my restaurant. Top asked recipe.
Enjoy this easy but delicious soup

Potato Soup
Ingredients:
2 Large potato peeled and diced
1/2 tsp curry powder
salt
3 cups water
1/2 tsp black pepper
cook until potato is tender
In a blender
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
Blend all together.
Add to the potato after it is tender and bring it to a boil.
that is all. it is so creamy and delicious.
