Muslims fast from dawn to
Muslims fast from dawn to sunset during Ramzan. During Ramzan, Muslims fast for the entire month. At sunset muslims gather at the fast-breaking meal known as Iftar. The meal starts with the ritual eating of a date — just as Prophet Muhammad was believed to have done. Then comes the time for a prayer, to thank Allah.
