The Scout Trooper Corp is one of the most elite special forces branches in the Imperial Military. The job they are required to do is quite difficult and therefore the recruiting standards and practices are a  bit different. What you get as a result is a bunch of flippant and slightly deranged thrill seekers. My kind of people.
