It's not the best made game, either - in fact, it's a bit of a mess. And yet, I found it utterly compelling. Coming from China, it's a rare example of a Chinese RPG that has made its way out west, and between its storytelling and aesthetics, it was distinctive enough to surprise and delight this old RPG veteran.
