Hello there,
Today, I've got another delicious cookie recipe for you. These coconut cookies are among my absolute favorites. The recipe is super easy and quick to make, and the cookies turn out ultra-thin and incredibly crispy!! :P If you're a fan of crispy cookies, you're going to love these as much as I do :) I hope you have a blast baking these!
Ingredients:
(Makes 36 cookies)
100g melted butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla paste/extract
80g sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp baking powder
130-150g desiccated coconut
50g oats
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for 5-8 minutes. After baking, let them cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, and then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
