Responsibilities:
For Staff Nurse:
• Coordinating daily administrative duties including schedules, nursing assignments and patient care.
• Observing patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Monitoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.
• Taking care of patients and helping doctors in diagnosing and treating patients.
• Works as a primary health care provider.
• Identifies patient care requirements and takes immediate action.
• Dispense OTC drugs and proper referral suggestions while the doctor is not available.
• Offer advice and support to patients and their families.
• Advice follow-up of patients and clear instructions are given by the doctor.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects confidential/personal information.
• Maintains documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
• Maintains nursing /medical supplies and inventory.
For Senior Staff Nurse :
• Assisting Head Nurse in supervising regular work
• Supervising nurses' workflow and instruct them.
• Command the team for ensuring standard and efficient care to the patient
• Brainstorming during critical situation handling in patient care
• Conflict management between staff nurses
• Able to step in when needed, as an On Call
• Maintain infection control in workplace
• Follow roster for shifting duty
• Maintaining patient's record and stock
• Any other responsibility as and when given by the management
Career Objective:

1. To work in the medical/clinical sector of the local or multinational organization of Bangladesh & grow rapidly with increasing responsibility.
2. To work in the private medical/clinical sector of local or multinational organization of Bangladesh in Nursing department & grow rapidly with increasing responsibility.

I got GPA 5 in SSC & HSC, I have completed Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council. I have win Debate completion trophy.

Around 4.5 years of multi-dimensional experience specially in Nursing sector with having excellence in service, care development, problem identification.

• Member of “College Career Club”: The mission of this club to make the students aware about career (Jan’2013- Aug’2015).
• Member of “Khulna Blood Bank”: It donates & collect blood for endanger one & works for poor people. (2013-2014)

• Covid Volunteer: I was front line fighter as covid volunteer from June'2019 to November'2019
