China says US targeting of certain AI investment not conducive to be healthy dev’t

The Chinese envoy to the United Nations expressed concern on Monday over the United States targeting of certain investments in artificial intelligence in China.

The diplomat said such is not conducive to the "healthy development" of AI technology.
