2 tbs Cardamoms
2 tbs Cinnamons
2 tbs Cloves
Method:
a. Take equal proportions of cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
Grind it to a fine powder. Store it in an airtight container.
This stays good for almost a month if stored properly.
b. This is the quintessential Bengali garam masala.
