Gretsch has been knocking it out of the park with quality, budget-friendly guitars, and this G2655T-P90 Streamliner Center Block Jr. Double Cut P-90 with Bigsby is another home run! But could you put the same sort of effort in coming up with a name? It's not hard. Think of "SG" or "V". Simple name that brings immediate recognition. I'm calling it Fred.
But the headline here is that these Fidelisonic 90 pickups are currently my favorite flavor of P-90. Clear, balanced, defined, and although they can channel your aggression into a searing tone, the highs never become weaponized, and the lows never get muddy! They are truly unique in P-90 style pickups. You need to try them out!
