Joan & Bette: Feud || To Even Exist

This show got under my skin more than anything else this season. It’s not just about what Hollywood does to women, but also what we do to each other and ourselves. All the actors were incredible but Jessica Lange pretty much tore my heart out. She played Joan as desperate, self-absorbed and sometimes cruel… but also as fierce, driven, vulnerable, complex and extraordinarily human. Often in a single moment. It was one of the most fearless & gut-wrenching performances I’ve seen & it will stay with me for a long time.
