Beet Salad

This time Oma makes a simple but very "yummy" red beet salad. Oma continues to be touched and thankful for all the comments that so many of you write. It appears that Oma has affected so many lives with her cooking and her endearing personality. It started out as me making videos of my Moms cooking for our family, but the fact that Oma now has so many fans has turned into something very rewarding for both of us. Oma will be 88 years young on October 19th and will keep making videos as long as she is able. Love and blessings to you all!
