1-1.2 kg of young zucchini.
1 teaspoon of salt.
2 onions.
vegetable oil for frying.
1 carrot.
1 long pepper
1 yellow pepper.
1 red pepper.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
3 eggs.
300ml milk.
30ml olive oil.
5 tablespoons / 120g flour.
10 grams of baking powder.
2 cloves of garlic.
150 grams of cheese.
Olive oil.
Dill.
2 tsp sour cream.
2 teaspoons Greek yogurt.
2 tsp mayonnaise.
1/4 teaspoon curry.
1/4 tsp sweet paprika.
1/4 tsp ground coriander.
Ground black pepper.
1 clove of garlic.
