1. What is the NDH 4 form?
After the Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2022, the process for filing this form is totally different from the previous one. In the current situation, there is a change in the procedure of filing form NDH-4. Central Government shall examine the application submitted in Form NDH-4, and then communicate the decision within a time period of 45 days.

Because of that, there was a lot of change in the form The first change that came in this #form was on its due date
Members should be 200 or more
Net on funds Should be a minimum of 20 lakhs
After filling out the form, the central govt. will examine your application and a revert is given within 45 days.
If not receive any update, consider it as deemed approval from the #centralgovernment.
After your NDH4 form is approved, the central govt. will declare your company as Nidhi Company
After this, you have to file form INC-20A, Due date to #file Within 180 Days Of the #Incorport of the business

Form SH-7, PAS-3 Cannot be field If Ndh4 is Not Filed on Time
Note:- Nidhi Amendment Rule 2022 is not Applicable to companies who are incorporated Before 19 April 2022
