I am here with a challenging restoration project. The engine part of the Jawa Station moped, produced in 1958, gave me a hard time. I spent a lot of time opening the engine unfortunately I broke the piston in the process. I would definitely not believe it if I saw the interior of the engine in another video. It is not possible to understand how so much rust and dirt got onto the crank and piston. Unfortunately, no parts of Jawa Station are available in my country. Although I tried to show all the details in the video, my effort was actually much more than in this video.
I replaced all the balls and seals. I sent the crank to my friend for a crank arm ball replacement. I can't wait to finish our restoration project soon and present you the working version of the engine on the moped. Thank you very much for watching and supporting me.
