Gaziantep Style Baklava Recipe:
=Ingredient:
-Two eggs.
-A coffee glass of sunflower oil.
-Two tablespoons of vinegar.
-A teaspoon of baking powder.
- A coffee glass of water.
-As much flour as you need.
=For interior:
-A bowl of ground Gaziantep pistachios.
=For the above:
-Two hundred grams of butter.
=For sorbet:
-Five cups of powdered sugar.
-Four glasses of water.
-Half a lemon.
To open the puff pastry, powder the table with starch.
