How to prepare and cook pork loin. I demonstrate how to prepare and cook pork loin so its flavoursome and you get a crispy crackling. To add flavour I used fresh garlic and cloves and then towards the end brushed the crackling with honey and ginger powder. All the ingredients are shown at the beginning of the video and there are easy to follow step-by-step instructions throughout. This would be perfect for Christmas, thanksgiving or anytime you want a tasty roast pork loin.
