We're sharing one of our favorite ways to prepare spiralized zucchini - as macaroni-shaped noodles! While you can’t truly replace macaroni and cheese, macaroni-shaped noodles are ideal for making pasta salads! These c-shaped noodles are easier to manage (they’re shorter) and they’re a nice change in shape, if you’re in a spaghetti rut. Spiralized pasta salads are perfect for back-to-school lunches and end-of-summer picnics – they pack well. These c-shaped noodles aren’t just for pasta salads, they’re great in soups, too!
