ONE DAY IN LUCCA (ITALY) - A DAY TOUR IN LUCCA | How to park your car in Lucca

This walk in Lucca is just an introduction to our beautiful city and it is based on a day trip Celia wrote for Tuscany Arts some years ago.  We start at a car park on the northern side of the city but in the future will do a walking tour for tourists arriving by train but this tour works in reverse entering the city through Porta San Pietro on the south side.  The city centre, Centro Storico of Lucca, is mainly pedestrian.  We live inside the walls and have been part of this city for 20 years. Opening times vary from season to season so it is worth checking if you are interested in a particular church.
