Suji Mango cake with mango frosting /eggless cake /no maida /no oven/no condensed milk ,no butter paper ,no essence
Hello friends
Today i am sharing you with the very easy recipe of suji/semolina/rava mango cake. this is a season of mangoes and you all love it ,it is very simple to make and healthy too because instead of maida we have used suji which is a healthy substitute .All the ingredients of this are easily available at home .

Ingredients &process
For making suji cake :
1 cup suji
1/2 cup curd
1 cup mangoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
Blend them all together
Rest for 15- 20 minutes
1 spoon baking powder
1/2 spoon baking sod
Mix and Bake it
For mango frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butterButter
2 spoon cream
Powered sugar
1 mango puree
Whisk them all until creamy
For garnishing:
Crushed pistachios
Cherries
Tutti frutti
