If you've ever sat working on a computer for a long time, you know how important it is to switch between sitting and standing. A sit stand workstation is one of the things I recommend everyone get when I do ergonomic evals. One of the biggest barriers for people to get a standing desk is usually price. So when FlexiSpot reached out and told me they have a standing desk under $300.00 I was excited to review it. Is it worth the money?
