#139 YERBA MATE la bevanda ECCITANTE ! LISA mi porta a scoprire i segreti di questa tradizione!!!

È arrivato il momento di addentrarci nel complesso metodo per far crescere le piante di Yerba Mate! Le foglie vengono trattate per anni per finire dentro della coppette fatte storicamente con delle zucche seccate e vuote nelle quali poi si aggiunge da sopra acqua calda. L'infuso che ne esce si beve con una cannuccia di metallo con un filtro alla sua estremità inferiore, a piccoli sordi e condividendo con gli amici. Ogni paese però ha il proprio di condividere...questa bevanda dalle poco note proprietà eccitanti...simbolo di buona parte del Sudamerica!

It's time to delve into the complex method of growing Yerba Mate plants!  The leaves are treated for years to end up in cups made historically with dried and empty pumpkins into which hot water is then added from above.  The infusion that comes out is drunk with a metal straw with a filter at its lower end, to deaf children and sharing with friends.  However, each country has its own thing to share... this drink with little-known exciting properties... symbol of a good part of South America!
