CPT Coding: Pregnancy

CPT coding for obstetric care can be confusing! This video discusses the global obstetric package, antepartum care only, delivery care only, and postpartum care only. Also discussed is coding for twins, and coding for services that fall outside the global obstetric package. Another one of my videos includes coding guidelines for ICD-10-CM and PCS coding for obstetric care. A link to this video is included at the end of this video.
This video also includes some practice slides to demonstrate the coding guidelines and suggested notes to make in your CPT book to help clarify obstetric coding.
