Arduino Powered Cash Reader

I scavenged this cash reader out of an old arcade machine and with a little bit of tinkering, I got it reading reliably and sending the data to an Arduino.  
The model I'm using is the ICT BL-700-USD4

Here is the very simple code that got it working. This will need to be tweaked if you're reading other bill types.
