This wrist free yoga class is perfect if you have any wrist or shoulder injury and want to avoid all chaturangas, planks, down dogs, and even table tops. We will build up a sweat as we flow through a variety of standing poses and balancing poses that focus on leg, back and core strength. Our peak poses are half moon & pistol squat. The sequence will end with some core work before heading into reclined butterfly pose and savasana. Hope you love the flow :) See you next week!
